Comfort Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

The location of the hotel is unbeatable it’s within walking distance of landmarks/near great shops and restaurants. While, the property itself is a bit dated and could use some modern updates the exceptional Service more than made up for it. The manager was kind enough to provide a complementary room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful and much appreciated gesture.

Excellent service with amazing view! Staff are so nice and very professional. Their breakfast section are in a top of building and you can enjoy breakfast with beautiful view of harbor and downtown. Rooms are clean, tidy and perfect price for room.

I had an awesome experience staying Comfort Inn in the harbor, MY GUY Mohammed has awesome customer service I lost my phone. He made sure I got it back with no problem no headaches no nothing so definitely come stay and book with him and stay here two nights. I had an awesome experience. Excellent Stay and Great New Management! I stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Inner Harbor, Baltimore from November 4th to November 7th, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything feels fresh and modern. The new management team is doing an excellent job — they are professional, friendly, and truly go above and beyond to make guests happy. You can really see the effort they put into improving every detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baltimore!

I am very satisfied, the managers service, Mohamed Farrag, was very good in attention, knew how to answer all my doubts and questions. The hospitality was so welcoming and the food service was great! Exceptional Stay and Service! As a Choice Privileges Gold member and a loyal Comfort Inn guest, I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received at this location. After spending 8 days on a cruise and rerouting due to Hurricane Melissa, I was unable to book a room online. I called the hotel and spoke with Mohammed, who kindly told me to just come in and he’d take care of us — and he truly did! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and upgraded to a suite. Mohammed took the time to explain all the amenities — breakfast, gym, internet, and more. The entire staff, including the on-site owner, were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about their guests. It was refreshing to see such a dedicated team that clearly enjoys what they do. Absolutely pleasant to stay and very comfortable. We learned that it’s new management and we see there is plans to renovate and make it more presentable. They upgraded our room the harbor front view. Mohammed was the best from the moment we called to book a room until the moment we checked out. We called at 7:30am as the hotel we were staying at previously had roaches and we need out FAST. He was so accommodating and offered us a free room upgrade (even though it wasn't his hotel that had the roaches, he said he just wanted us to have a great experience for our first time in Baltimore). The rates were very reasonable, the location was perfect for what we needed - being close to the conference center AND the harbor. Everything we needed was in walking distance, and all of his staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
